Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by responding to inquiries about banking products and services in both Danish and English.
Utilize your sales experience to actively identify client needs and suggest tailored financial solutions.
Assist in account openings, transactions, and any other banking inquiries our customers may have.
Collaborate with the vibrant sales team to reach and surpass sales targets.
Address and resolve customer complaints with a friendly and professional approach.
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to better serve our clients.
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the banking sector.
A proven track record in sales, demonstrating your drive to meet targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that resonate with customers.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is beneficial.
Willingness to relocate to the sunny shores of Malta and embrace new experiences!
