• Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries related to search engine operations and optimization techniques.
• Create customized strategies to enhance clients’ digital visibility and overall online effectiveness.
• Respond to customer queries through various communication channels, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients better understand search engine best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our support systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer insights and contribute to service improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and search engine developments to provide relevant and informed advice to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Familiarity with search engine optimization and digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate clients across different time zones.
