All while embracing a spirit of problem-solving and living the Airbus values: Customer focus, integrity, respect, creativity, reliability and teamwork.Our purpose defines why we exist: ‘We pioneer sustainable aerospace for a safe and united world’.Responsibilities – your missionYou will be part of a project team in the international and cross-divisional teams of the Digital Office.Position Summary: We are looking for a hybrid data analyst with machine learning or software engineer knowledge, or interest in upskilling in these fields for the Sustainability and Communications scope. In addition, the candidate will be contributing to the transition towards a more data-driven environment, supporting the users to create a data oriented mindset in analytics.Essential Functions:In your role, you will be responsible to implement and develop data solutions to respond to the Sustainability and Communications business needs, in order to support the ongoing projects and activities.Collaborate with the business to identify data needs, gaps and opportunitiesCapture, interpret and analyse data using advanced techniques that impact the decision making process of the function.Develop, maintain and update key performance indicators (KPI) according to the specification of the businessDevelop data solutions using well known market tools (i.e. Qlik Sense, Google Looker Studio, Skywise Palantir, Jupyter Notebooks, GCP, AWS, )Acquire data from different data points (relational databases, nosql databases, csv, json, xml, APIs, Skywise or any additional secondary data source), enrich and rearrange data maintaining datasets and collections in order to support the analytical needs of the business projectsIdentify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsSupport the industrialisation and standardisation of the solutions in collaboration with the performance managersWork closely with the data officer, data architects, and other data analysts to ensure the on-time, on-quality, consistent delivery of the resultsWork closely with the Digital Solutions managers to ensure the assessment and selection of tracking/analytics solutions to support Business needsWork closely with AI initiative in order to develop AI agents and solutions using Google Cloud Platform, Amazon AWS or similar cloud environments integrating data from different sources to provide AI solutions to the business.Requirements – our ideal candidate will haveGraduate degree with hands-on experience in the fields of advanced data analytics, artificial intelligence, software engineering or machine learning engineeringMinimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics / big data / business intelligence solutions and project managementTechnical & Analytical SkillsSignificant experience in SQL or Python,Good knowledge of Dashboarding tools (preferably Qlik Sense or Google Data Studio/Looker)Solid knowledge on how to work with complex and/or large datasets, on different data formats, using data wrangling libraries or processes to prepare raw dataKnowledge of data analytics/big data solutionsPrior experiences with Google Apps Script, Github are a plusKnowledge working with cloud environments (GCP is a plus)Knowledge with prompt engineering, AI solutions is a plusAbility to translate business problems into meaningful insights, listening skillsAgile project management skillsFluent in English (French is a plus)Ability to work in a multicultural environmentAble to travel domestically and internationally when neededBenefits – what’s in it for youDiverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world.A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work.A modern office at Parque das Nacoes, well connected to public transportation.A motivated and fun crew to grow and build and shape the GBS together.An intense and exciting onboarding experience.Your application:Airbus offers a wide variety of competitive benefits and development opportunities.
