Hva vi ser etter What we’re looking for:2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related fieldExtensive experience with SQL and BI developmentProficiency in a programming language such as Python for data analysis and automationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for turning data into business insightsGood communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across teams and presenting to non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with SaaS metrics and experience working in a high-growth or Private Equity-backed company is a plus (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV)Fluent in English, both written and spoken (fluency in Norwegian is preferred) * Tech-savvy and curious — always looking for ways to optimize and automateArbeidsoppgaver About the RoleYou’ll play a key part in supporting the Finance department with data-driven decision-making, developing dashboards, financial models, and exploring innovative technologies such as AI and automation to enhance how we work. This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys working at the intersection of business, data, and technology. Key Responsibilities:Develop and improve BI dashboards, reports, and financial models that support data-driven decision-making across departmentsAct as a key partner to the Finance department: train, support, and advise team members to improve data literacy and user adoption of BI toolsAnalyze large datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that drive business performance and operational efficiencyCommunicate insights clearly to stakeholders through visualizations, and presentations that support strategic decision making.Vi tilbyr Our Benefits:We offer a variety of global benefits which are listed below!
