We value insights from data, are focused on learning how to support our customers better and want to enhance experiences in our customers’ everyday life.📈As Data Analyst your main projects will be designing and implementing various analytics use cases and data products related to Elisa’s Corporate Customer business. This requires skills in networking and communication with key stakeholders, and solid technical hands-on experience with visualization tools, databases and cloud environments.In this job, you can use your skills in a creative and versatile way right at the heart of our company. This position can be located at any Elisa office in Finland, if you are occasionally willing to travel to our HQ in Pasila. At this team we are following Elisa´s hybrid working policies.? 🧠

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics roles (e.g. Data Analyst/Engineer, Business Analyst)
• Expertise in data handling (SQL, Python) in cloud environments (Google Cloud & Azure)
• Experience building data models for different business scenarios and decision-making
• Familiarity with data and analytics architecture best practices
• Ability to break down complex business problems, identify key questions, and use data to derive actionable insights and solutions.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Looker)
• Background in sales and customer data and data quality
• A strong delivery-focused mindset with self-driven and agile ways of working
• Ability to turn business problems into actionable insights using data
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English
