We are now looking for a Data Analyst Lead to join CIB Data and Analytics Office.CIB Data & Analytics Office is a department within CIB CIO, driving dialogue with SEB Group, Analytics, and IT teams. We support new capabilities like cloud technology, data management & analytics toolkit, process digitalization and regulatory initiatives.Master Data and Analytics Office is a team within CIB Data & Analytics Office with the mission to leverage the value in data and helping CIB becoming data driven by making sure high-quality data is available and used to create value for the business and our customers.About the role:This is a great opportunity to combine your analytic skills with people management and leadership skills. You will collaborate with stakeholders from all parts of SEB to make sure that short-term and long-term objectives are met.Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to provide data visualization and insights.

• Analyze data to improve process efficiency.

• Assist in gathering and structuring data for projects.

• Develop analytical capabilities, reports, and validations.

• Involve in the entire data value chain.

• Promote the use of high-quality data.

• Lead and mentor team members e.g. priorities, drive use cases and secure operational structure.

• Coordinate and lead an analytics community within Master Data Area.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or equivelent.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, BigQuery, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.

• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.

• Ability to simplify complex questions and work with stakeholders.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery, is a plus.

• Knowledge of business development processes and the financial sector.

• Ability to bridge IT and business.

• Strong personal drive and change leadership experience.

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

• Fluency in English.

• Proven leadership skills to inspire and guide teams.

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationships.

• Experience in leading and mentoring teams.

• Ability to drive data literacy and best practices.

• Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities.

• Commitment to continuous improvement.
