We are together in charge of systems and processes for planning and conducting courses in Deloitte as well as follow-up on learning requirements and goals. The team manages around 1,500 courses per year, ranging from a virtual course of one hour to week-long courses with over 150 participants. Several of the courses have participants from several different countries and are planned together with foreign colleagues.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a data and process-strong person who will be an expert in the end-to-end business processes, learning data reporting and dashboards. You will become a Learning Management System owner and specialist. You will be responsible for providing data analysis from our learning infrastructure, and support a continuous optimazion of our work processes, in collaboration with stakeholders from the broader organization. You must be able to take the lead in the area and at the same time be able to support and develop the team’s skills. In order to do this, you will take part in the team’s core services at the same time, where you will be responsible for your own course portfolio.We offer

  • Support high data quality in the learning area
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Support that manual tasks are digitized and that current digitized solutions are optimized based on practical knowledge about the task portfolio
  • Project manager on digital development tasks
  • Competent course administrator.

QualificationsYou have a flair for and experience of working with LMS systems, platforms, dashboards, data quality and Excel solutions. You have administrative experience and preferably experience with course administration, and are able to maintain an overview while keeping an eye for the details. You must have a positive and service-minded attitude and be good at stakeholder management. You are fluent in Danish and English both verbally and in writing. The job is located in Copenhagen.You contribute the following to the team:
