Grow here.At AECOM, we are currently recruiting for a Data Center Senior Project Manager to join us at one of our three sites in Helsinki,Finland.Here’s what you’ll do:Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities;As an Associate level Construction Project Manager, you will be expected to work with a Project Director to successfully manage, coordinate, and deliver projects within the Data Centre Sector.The role will cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase.Job Duties

• Act as the AECOM point of contact during the construction of major Data Centre projects.
• Represent the client team through meetings, workshops, and site visits at the construction site.
• Lead Project Management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery.
• Provide effective support and mentoring to Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Graduates and Apprentices.
• Ensure commissions are managed and completed efficiently, on time, and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Develop strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team.
• Be the primary interface with AECOM clients (new and existing).

QualificationsReady to push the limits of what’s possible?Here’s what we’re looking for:As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within our project management markets along with having the following qualifications and experience.

• Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Project Management or other construction or engineering-related profession.
• Professionally Qualified – ideally Chartered Project Manager Status with the RICS, APM, CIOB, or other equivalent institution.
• Finnish speaking to a business level, based in the larger Helsinki metropolitan area.
• Proven experience in a consulting environment providing the full spectrum of PM services including chairing meetings, minuting and proactively engaging in discussions, developing the PEP, progress reports, procurement strategies, and tender documentation. General post-contract management and administration, proactively engaging with Client, contractor, and other stakeholders, being aware of the scope of service and ensuring we deliver within the agreed parameters, and helping to resolve disputes whenever possible
