Job Category: Information TechnologyJob Description:Datacenter Technician Required to work in a team providing 24×7 cover for OCI Cloud Datacenters across Sweden.The Datacenter Technician will be required to complete Break/Fix activities, new Rack installations, Audits, Expansion Activities and Project work.This role will be one of eight DCTs supporting the Oracle Cloud Commercial and Oracle/Microsoft and Oracle/Amazon Cloud Installations in Sweden.This role will report into the Field Support Manager for Sweden.Responsibilities:Break/Fix activities on all Cloud Hardware in Oracle Cloud Datacenters (e.g. Power Supplies, DIMMs, Hard Disk Drives, Network Cards)Diagnosing and Resolving Link & Network IssuesWorking in collaboration with other Oracle Cloud Groups to deliver against SLAs / KPIs to maintain optimum availability for our Cloud customersNew Rack InstallationsDestruction Bin AuditsCabling Expertise requiredPeriodic Project WorkTravel to other sites within Sweden and also internationally during expansions, major projects and/or surge situationsQualifications:Career Level – IC3About Us:As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges.
