Are you passionate about cloud cost management, data analysis, and FinOps practices? We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer & FinOps Analyst to manage and optimize our cloud spend across Azure and GCP platforms. If you have experience in cloud cost management, data reporting tools, and FinOps practices, we are looking!Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Cost Management: Oversee the organization’s cloud costs for Azure and GCP.

• Data Integration: Process cloud cost data, integrate it with the business hierarchy, and build comprehensive reports and dashboards for various teams.

• Cost Optimization: Visualize reservations, and savings plans, and identify cost anomalies, taking necessary actions to reduce wastage.

• Reporting: Create detailed dashboards for cloud cost, chargeback, showback, governance, engineering, and compliance.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, controllers, engineering teams, and cloud vendors to provide necessary data and resolve cost-related issues.

Requirements

• Data Reporting Tools: Proficiency in Power BI, Data Factory, PowerAutomate, and Fabric.

• Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of Azure and GCP fundamentals, BigQuery, and cloud cost management APIs.

• Automation & Queries: Knowledge of PowerShell and resource graph queries.

• Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing datasets and identifying cost trends or anomalies.

• FinOps Practices: Hands-on experience with FinOps principles such as cost optimization, governance, chargeback, and show-back.

Soft Skills:

• Collaboration: Proven ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Azure Workbooks, Logic Apps, and GCP BigQuery.

• Knowledge of cloud cost optimization tools and techniques.
