We are looking for a Data Engineer to play a part in contributing towards the sustainable development of small & medium sized businesses in Norway!Utilising the power of data, we analyse and translate findings into actionable insights which can be accessed through user-friendly applications – our goal is to assist businesses by enhancing their efficiency – with a focus on local customers who can benefit most from optimising their processesYou will be joining diverse and driven colleagues in a very collaborative environment where you can enjoy the autonomy to do what you do best, whilst seeing how your work directly impacts colleaguesYour day-to-day can involve:

  • Facilitate the process for end users to make data driven decisions
  • Get deep into the data, spotting data issues and like fixing these issues as they arrive
  • Utilise both historical and real-time data
  • Learn how data can impact the operations of businesses, and which insights are most relevant
  • Be forward-thinking to continually improve processes and have a natural curiosity towards trying new technologies
  • Collaborating with colleagues, and actively sharing ideas & sparing with the team to develop the very best solutions

We are looking for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (computer science, engineering, mathematics)
  • Experience with data visualisation (Power BI or similar)
  • Proficiency in SQL/Python
  • Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse)
