Data Engineer – PySpark – Python – SQL – Palantir Foundry – HungaryEmpiric has received an exciting opportunity for an Data Engineer proficient in PySpark, Python and SQL. Plus at least 1 year experience in Palantir Foundry platform.The Data Engineer must have experience designing and implementing data analytics solutions on enterprise data platforms and distributed computing (Spark/Hive/Hadoop preferred).Experience required in end-to-end data management, data modelling, and data transformation for analytical use cases.A big plus is previous experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS and working in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.For the first month hybrid working for 6 to 10 days per month in the clients Budapest office initially ….could be reduced in time to 2 to 4 days per monthKey Responsibilities:·Developing Data Stores and Data Warehouse solutions·Design and develop data pipelines bring data from variety of data sources to Azure Databases and Azure Data Lake using self-integration runtimeSkills / Experience :·PySpark & Python·SQL ( pref Spark SQL)·Palantir Foundry platform is must for at least 1 year·Designing and implementing data analytics solutions on enterprise data platforms and distributed computing (Spark/Hive/Hadoop preferred)·Scrum / Agile·Knowledge of Insurance Domain or Financial Industry is a strong plus.

• Term: 6 to 18 Months plus extensions
