Our Finnish unit serves around 130 clients with diverse software development needs. We work across multiple industries, including banking, insurance, pensions, forestry, retail, logistics, as well as both the public and private sectors.We are looking for a Data Engineer to help develop our customers’ cloud data platform solutions. Your responsibilities will include engaging in highly interesting assignments with the biggest companies in Finland, performing hands-on development for customer deliveries. We expect you to have proven skills in the latest data technologies and a passion for continuously learning new things.You will be part of Tietoevry Create, the leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life.To succeed in this role, you should have:Experience working with cloud environments, preferably AzureHands-on experience with Microsoft FabricHands-on experience with Data Lakes and Data WarehousesFamiliarity with SQL and programming languages such as PythonExperience with Data Vault or other data modeling methodologiesExperience with Power BI is a plusAt least a few years of experience in key technical roles in data projectsStrong communication skills and the ability to work independently with customer representativesWe highly value your proficiency in both Finnish and English.We are present in all Tietoevry offices across Finland: Espoo, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Lappeenranta, Oulu, Turku, and more.
