Our team is looking for innovative, enthusiastic, and versatile data, digital, and AI professionals that will drive us forward on this exciting venture.The Data Catalysts has the responsibility of developing and delivering Data Products & AI solutions in the domain of Sales & Marketing, Project Execution and Service, while pushing R&D efforts to advance leading edge analytics capabilities.Lead the product portfolio for Digital Core, applying innovative technologies like GenAI and LLMs to introduce new tools to Siemens Energy users.How You’ll Make an Impact

• As Product Manager, you will be the first point of contact between the engineering team and the Product Owners in sustainability organisation
• Every day, the task involves prioritizing and translating complex customer needs into secure and future-proof technical solutions
• You will bridge the gap between the business and the data/software engineering team, by translating business requirements and objectives into the right technical solutions
• You will be responsible for successful releases that meet business needs
• You will review the work from the implementation partner, such as reviewing solution design & architecture
• You will handle the programme finances, budget allocation, cost controlling and risks.
• You will communicate the progress of the programme to various collaborators.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in the field of Data & Analytics and Software Product Management and at least 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• You will use your domain and technical experience to communicate expertly, clearly and easily with international colleagues in both sustainability and data domains
• You are knowledgeable in the business impact of sustainability initiatives and how data products can support strategic decision-making
• You are experienced in delivering data-rich, digital/software products (such as web or mobile apps, data visualisation dashboards, digital workflows)
• You have knowledge of AWS, Snowflake & Tableau
• You are skilled with Agile and Scrum methodologies to enable iterative and collaborative product development
• You have experience of handling product finances, budgets and project risks, and working with relevant software systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
• You know how to motivate and coordinate Agile teams, including remote colleagues
• You have ample examples of acting with strong customer focus
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly clarity, accuracy and concision.

• You are proficient in both spoken and written English (knowledge of German or any other language is useful but not crucial).
• You are motivated to supply to the transformation and decarbonization of energy generation globally.

• You are open-minded, love to learn and constantly improve own skills
• You demonstrate outstanding leadership and support skills to collaborate across multicultural, global teams and develop engineering talent
