This is a rare opportunity to develop your skills across forecasting, natural language processing, and more — while shaping the future of AI in our business.What you’ll do
- Work with tabular datasets to clean, transform, and analyse data for operational and strategic use
- Develop time-series forecasting models to support planning and decision-making both internally and for our clients
- Process and analyse voice-to-text transcribed data from customer interactions and internal sources
- Support the development and deployment of NLP models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, customer support) to deliver data-driven insights
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Who you are
- Proficiency in Python (e.g. pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy)
- Experience (academic or practical) with time-series data, as well as building and evaluating classification and regression models (e.g. XGBoost, LightGBM)
- Exposure to natural language processing (e.g. text cleaning, embeddings, simple model training)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
- Clear communicative skills and a collaborative attitude
- Relevant master’s degree and 0-3 years of experience
- It’s an advantage if you have prior exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks)
