Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Consultant to join a cross-functional AI initiative within a major financial institution. The role focuses on designing, building, and deploying scalable and reliable AI solutions that address commercial challenges such as recommendation systems, churn prediction, and other advanced use cases.You will be part of a collaborative, outcome-driven team working across the full AI lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to industrialization and production deployment.Key Responsibilities

• Co-design and develop end-to-end AI solutions with internal teams
• Work with complex business problems and turn them into technical use cases
• Build, test, train, and deploy machine learning models in production environments
• Engage with stakeholders across the full AI lifecycle
• Act as a technical advisor and solution enabler within the team

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the AI/ML tech stack and advanced ML techniques
• Full lifecycle experience: from proof-of-concept to production-ready models
• Proven delivery record of AI use cases in large enterprises
• Hands-on experience working in regulated environments (e.g., banking, insurance)
• Background in solution-focused consultancy roles
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science / machine learning
• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in computer science, machine learning, applied mathematics, or similar field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with financial services, though not mandatory
• Familiarity with AI governance or explainability frameworks
