Join our mission to build the first 360° well-being system at . You’ll implement existing algorithms that convert wearable signals into personalized wellness recommendations, then lead the development of next-generation algorithms as we scale beyond MVP.We’re seeking a creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and will take a key role in owning and evolving our data infrastructure and algorithms. You’ll be responsible for understanding, maintaining, and advancing our current technical setup while driving new development forward. You’ll collaborate with medical doctors, scientists, and health advisors to revolutionize personal wellness through AI, with the autonomy to prioritize tasks and lead projects to completion.What You’ll Do

• Implement and optimize algorithms using Python to translate biometric data into wellness insights.
• Work with HRV, sleep, and activity data alongside our expert team.
• Test and validate algorithms against clinical benchmarks for accuracy.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance predictive capabilities
• Lead next-generation algorithm development as we scale post-MVP

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong Python skills with algorithm implementation experience
• Data science background with software development experience (or vice versa)
• Experience with biometric data analysis, particularly HRV and well-being metrics
• Proven ability to validate models against clinical standards
• Take ownership of complex challenges and excel at stakeholder collaboration
• Strong communication skills—translating complex findings into actionable insights
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience

Bonus Points

• Wearable device integrations and IoT data streams
• Health tech, digital therapeutics, or consumer wellness applications
• Deep knowledge of physiological signals (HRV, sleep stages, activity patterns) and clinical relevance
• User-facing recommendation systems that drive behavioral change
• Real-time data processing and mobile app backend systems
• Experience with SQL relational databases
