About the jobAs a Data Scientist in the AI team, you are responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing AI models and data pipelines. This includes expertise in data manipulation, AI model fine-tuning, and constructing recommendation systems tailored to user needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, build personalized recommendation systems, and integrate cutting-edge AI and NLP techniques into production. Your responsibilities include:

• Model Development and Optimization: Develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and NLP models, including custom and pre-trained solutions, using Python and Azure services.
• Data Pipeline Management: Build and manage data pipelines, incorporating RAG solutions, data cleaning, tokenization, and transformation processes.
• Recommendation Systems and Prompt Engineering: Design recommendation systems and craft effective prompts for models like ChatGPT to ensure accurate, contextually relevant outputs.
• Performance Evaluation and Innovation: Develop evaluation frameworks, assess AI model performance, and stay updated on AI advancements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Technical Leadership: Make architectural and technical decisions on model selection, data pipelines, and deployment strategies based on project needs.

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in data science, data engineering, or AI-related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries.
• Experience in designing, fine-tuning, and deploying AI solutions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and prompt engineering.
• Experience in data cleaning, tokenization, indexing and building scalable data pipelines.
• Proficiency in AI model evaluation methods and prompt engineering for improved model accuracy.
• Experience with the full ML development lifecycle using open-source AI/ML frameworks and public cloud services.
