1. Technical capabilities:a) Database knowledgei. In-depth understanding of relational databases such as GaussDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, OracleSQL, Server, etc.ii. Strong experience with database programming language such as SQL.b) Database installation and configurationi. Ability to install and upgrade different types of database systems.ii. Ability to finetune database configuration for performance optimizationc) Backup and Restoration.i. Experience with backup and recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery technologies.d) Monitoring and optimizationi. Experience with database monitoring tools.ii. Ability to analyze and optimize performance bottlenecks.e) Security managementi. Experience with database security mechanism.ii. Knowledge of database encryption technology.2. Operating System and Network knowledgea) Operating systemi. Experience with operations and management of mainstream operating system such as Linux.ii. Understanding the interaction between the operating system and database.b) Networki. Knowledge of network basics such as TCP/IP protocol.ii. Experience with setting network parameters for database server3. Scripts languagea) Be proficient in one or more scripting language such as Python and Shell4. Problem Solving and Communicationa) Problem Solvingi. Ability to view database logs, system logs, and performance indicators to locate faults and take effective measures when a database fault occurs.ii. Ability to find solutions by reading technical documents and consulting R&D experts related to database services.iii. Ability to summarize past incidents to avoid the recurrence of similar problems.b) Communication:i. Strong inter-department communication and cooperation skills.5. Database Optimizationa) Experience with common database optimization skills.b) Experience with optimization of SQL query performance, index, storage, etc.6.
