Job Description:Join Our Team as an Operations Engineer at MDTotco!MDTotco, a leader in drilling automation and optimization within the Wellbore Technologies segment, is expanding its team. We specialize in deploying wired drill pipe (WDP) technology and along-string measurement (ASM) tools to enhance drilling operations. Our advanced systems provide real-time, high-density, low-latency data from logging-while-drilling (LWD) tools, including temperature, pressure, rotation, and vibration metrics.Due to growing demand, we seek additional skilled personnel in our operations group to deliver smarter, more cost-efficient solutions to our customers.Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold NOV and customer safety philosophies and policies.
• Maintain Wired Telemetry systems offshore.
• Collaborate with the integrated offshore operations team (including DD, DSV, Driller).
• Provide insights for drilling process optimization.
• Serve as the focal point for downhole data distribution.
• Manage logistics and asset tracking offshore.
• Train and mentor fellow Operations Engineers.
• Partner with service quality teams to identify improvement areas.
• Produce and share daily reports, both internally and externally.

Who You Are:

• Proficient in drilling mechanics and hydraulics.
• An independent and adaptable worker.
• Possess an analytical mindset.
• Proficient in technical English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSc or MSc in an Engineering field related to the Oil & Gas industry (e.g., petroleum, drilling, geology).
• Familiarity with rig site data acquisition systems.
• Strong communication skills.
