This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced developer to work on cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining solutions using Embarcadero Delphi 2006 or later (preferably Delphi 12)
• Creating Windows Services and UI Forms using Delphi
• Collaborating with Business Analysts and Software Architects to develop technical solutions from functional requirements
• Performing server-side development with Delphi and Oracle PL/SQL
• Implementing Agile software development practices, particularly Scrum and Kanban
• Engaging in test driven development and test automation
• Unit testing and mocking with Delphi
• Troubleshooting and problem solving throughout the development lifecycle

Job Requirements:

• Experience developing solutions using Embarcadero Delphi 2006 or later (Delphi 12 preferable)
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL
• Strong working knowledge on server-side development with Delphi and/or Oracle PL/SQL
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of relational databases (Oracle 9i, 11c or later)
• Knowledge of Agile software development practices, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban
• Experience in collaboration with Business Analysts and Software Architects
• Some experience in test driven development and test automation
