Do you have experience from retail and with make up? Are you organized and structured?Would you love to give our customers an unforgettable beauty experience?As a Department Manager you will play a key role in the continuous success of the store. You are an ambassador for our brand and a role model for our SEPHORA attitude. You contribute to a positive and nice work-environment and you know how to motivate and coach your colleagues. As Department Manager you are reporting directly to the Store Manager.What we expect:

• Min. 2 years of experience within retail
• Strong communicator – both in groups and on 1to1

• Great organizational skills – you love to keep things in order
• Capable of keeping deadlines and experienced in working with performance statistics
• Business oriented and focused on customer satisfaction. You particularly like to transform customer advice into sales and are driven by collective success.

• Leadership experience
• Proficient in Danish and English
