Tasks

• Implementation of system topics (technical connections and extensions, installation of patches, testing of new system releases and plugins, conversion and expansion, implementation of upgrades) in the three SAP BW lines (“FB” – Freighting Booking, “FN” on Oracle – Functional Area, “FR” BW4HANA – old SAP R3)
• Creation of IT and architecture concepts, developer standards and naming conventions, etc. based on technical and functional specifications and coordination of these with the corresponding guard rail functions (Center of Competence)
• Support for BI platforms (ticket processing, administration, configuration, problem analysis)
• Performance analyses and performance monitoring as well as troubleshooting of system-related faults including their analyses (3rd level fault processing)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with SAP and its various business lines.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP BW.
• Specific knowledge in SAP BW Lines:
• FB (Freighting Booking): Experience with booking and freighting modules within the SAP environment.
• FN (Functional Area on Oracle): Knowledge in functional integration with the Oracle platform.
• FR (BW4HANA – former SAP R3): Familiarity with SAP BW4HANA and legacy versions (SAP R3).
