• Design and develop new medical devices, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
• Evaluate products and processes, maintaining detailed records.
• Identify and source raw materials, components, and suppliers.
• Fabricate prototypes and conduct rigorous testing.
• Collaborate with customers and project managers to align project goals.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes.

Requirements:We’re looking for candidates with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Proficiency in high-end CAD systems, particularly SolidWorks.
• A hands-on approach to design and fabrication with strong problem-solving skills.
