• Design System Development: Build and maintain a scalable, multi-brand design system for all digital customer and internal user touchpoints in close collaboration with frontend developers and product owners
• Design Standards: Establish and document reusable design components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure a consistent and accessible user experience across all digital products
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design system components and business requirements
• Quality Assurance: Continuously evaluate and improve the design system based on user feedback, performance metrics, and emerging best practices
• Communication: Act as the main point of contact for the visual part of the design system, providing guidance, documentation, and training to internal teams
• Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to further develop the design system and drive its adoption across the company

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems in digital product environments
• Excellent understanding of atomic design principles, accessibility standards, and design tokens
• Proficiency in design tools (ideally Figma) and close collaboration with frontend development teams
• Experience in creating and maintaining design documentation and component libraries
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Agile mindset and experience working in interdisciplinary teams
• Independent and structured way of working with a passion for detail and aesthetics
• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, design systems, or a similar field
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and internationalization of design components
• Enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and continuous learning
