We offer expertise in a wide variety of areas and we help our customers in long extensive assignments, or in short intensive projects.ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a development engineer AD/ADAS and consultant at ESSIQ, you will be part of developing the future’s advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) and its functionality together with us and our customers. We are looking broadly for different skills in the field and the role will be shaped based on you and your experience.You will get to work in challenging and exciting development projects with the creation of advanced driver support systems, either as a hardware or software developer or in a more leading role. The assignments are between 1-2 years and are linked to development projects that are always cross-functional. You can enter different stages in the development, either continuing development of an existing product or development of a completely new product.You have full support and coaching from your consultant manager and ESSIQ in everything you do to make you feel the sense of belonging, which lays the foundation for wanting to and making sure, you will deliver.QUALIFICATIONSWe think you are a civil engineer, university engineer or equivalent with a focus on electrical engineering, data, or mechatronics. You have previous experience from the automotive industry in the area of ADAS/Active Safety and one or more of the following areas:

• Electronics, software and system integration

• Testing, verification and testing of electronics and software

• Functional development
• Sensors, such as for example radar, lidar, ultrasound, image and accelerometer
• Senor fusion technique
• Matlab/ Simulink
• C, C++, Python
• CAN, LIN, Flexray
• Vector’s products CANoe, CANalyzer and CANape
• ISO 26262
• AUTOSAR
• Work in agile teams
