Job Category: ITJob Description:The Developer Experience tribe offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the productivity and satisfaction of Danske Bank’s developers as we set out to massively improve the developer journey.We are excited to announce the new position of a DevOps Engineer in the Developer Journey Automation squad within the Developer Experience (DX) Tribe.As a member of our motivated team, you’ll collaborate with experienced individuals who are enthusiastic about creating great experiences for developers. You’ll have the chance to shape the products, resources, and processes that empower developers to thrive, innovate, and deliver high-quality software solutions.Joining us means being part of a diverse and forward-thinking team where you can contribute your expertise, learn from others, and play a crucial role in shaping the future of software development within the organization.You will;

• Be an integral part of building Danske Bank’s new Developer portal, serving as the entry into the paved / golden path of Danske Banks developer journey
• Integrate the portal with a number of internal and external systems that will help create a first-class product for Danske Banks developers
• Establish a highly optimized and automated paved paths for Danske Banks engineers to build applications on AWS
• Transform functional and non-functional requirements to solid system designs
• Integrate security practices into the path that ensures applications are secure and compliant with industry standards
• Integration of vendor-built systems & packages

What you bringWe imagine you have at least 5 years of programming experience (e.g., JAVA, C#, SQL, RabbitMQ, SpringBoot, Hibernate, Maven) and a degree in Computer Science or related technical subject area.You are experience and familiarity with key cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud etc.) and you bring a strong collaborative mind-set aimed at finding solutions through augmentation and facts.

• A product mindset that enables you to focus on building products and offerings that solves actual developer needs
• Experience with CI / CD tooling and practices
• Experience working in a DevOps environment
• An automation first mind-set
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and explanation skills
