About us:is a Zürich-based startup founded by experienced engineers who want to completely revolutionize air travel within the next decade. We combine computer vision, deep learning, and robotics to develop full “level-5” autonomy for flying vehicles.Your role:You will focus on enhancing developer productivity, streamlining workflows, and ensuring a smooth and efficient development experience from coding and testing to deployment and monitoring. \nYour Tasks:

  • Take the full ownership of internal devtools and related platforms, from design & development to troubleshooting and bugfixing,
  • Evaluate, integrate, and manage third-party developer tools and services (e.g. Jira).
  • Automate what’s possible from tasks in the development workflow to a reliable software release process.
  • Build and maintain tools for monitoring, logging, and debugging applications and infrastructure.
  • Support engineering teams by providing solutions to their challenges and advocating best practices, as well as creating and maintaining documentation for developer tools and processes.

You are smart and get things done, and have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in developer productivity focused role.
  • Experience with designing, building, and maintaining internal tools and infrastructure.
  • Experience spanning CI/CD systems, containers and orchestration, also from the perspective of scripting and automation.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse engineering teams.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with aviation standards such as DO-178, DO-254, and DO-278.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Ansible.).
  • Experience with developer portals or internal developer platforms.
  • Understanding of security best practices in the development toolchain.
  • Experience with security scanning and vulnerability management tools.
