If you bring relevant experience, strong personal skills, and a passion for coaching and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.The physical work location is in Hedegaardsvej, Copenhagen S.In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• providing leadership and fostering motivation within a team of skilled freight forwarders.
• driving performance improvements to meet and exceed KPI targets.
• prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively among team members.
• ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• participating in customer visits and building strong relationships.
• actively contributing to the development and coaching of the team by identifying growth opportunities and training needs.
• acting as a point of escalation for customers, operations, overseas offices, and other stakeholders.
• monitoring overall customer activity and taking proactive action as needed.
• reviewing and analyzing department GP performance down to the file level, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Workplace: DHL Global Forwarding, Hedegaardsvej 88, 2300 Copenhagen SWorking hours: The position is a full-time position (37 hours excl. lunch)The compensation package: The base salary is determined by your qualifications and competencies. The position is graded and sit within a predefined payband.
