Overview:Leyton created a Tech Lab with the vision to build great digital tools to enhance its work and the value created for their clients. This journey has led us to acquire many skills with a tech team of +160 professionals today (data scientists, developers, engineers, data analysts, dev ops, product owners, scrum masters, UX/UI, etc.).Many digital assets have been developed over time such as predictive AI data enrichment solutions, automated outreach (voice and text), generative AI-based agents (sales support, coaching, conversational), document data extraction, customer platforms, etc.Capitalizing on those digital assets and experience, Leyton has now decided to create Leyton CognitX, an AI & Tech Advisory company focused on helping clients to leverage AI.Leyton CognitX is built to benefit from the agility and fast-moving pace of a start-up while being able to enjoy the strength and client base of an international network.
Responsibilities:The role of Digital & AI Client Solutions Manger will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing client relationships for CognitX. Initially the role will focus on understanding and identifying opportunities for clients to benefit from the services CognitX can offer. The incumbent will work closely with the commercial teams across the UK to better understand the market and client needs.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key industries for AI and tech solutions.
  • Assist sales teams in client outreach, supporting them in discovery conversations to uncover client pain points, business goals, and technological needs.
  • Build an understanding of market dynamics and client demands, positioning Leyton CognitX as a trusted partner.
  • Transition into leading product delivery and deployment, ensuring seamless implementation of AI-driven solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a consultant to ensure solutions meet and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Stay updated on AI and tech trends to provide insightful recommendations and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet sales and project objectives, while nurturing long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:Required:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong B2B sales capacity, with a demonstrated ability to engage clients and understand their strategic needs.
  • Experience managing projects and delivering tech solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge technical concepts and business objectives.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Interest in AI, machine learning, and the latest technological advancements impacting businesses.
