Are you a digital marketing expert with a passion for international growth and cross-cultural collaboration? We’re looking for a Digital Business Development Manager (DBDM) to join our team and help drive digital excellence across our Export Markets.About the RoleAs DBDM, you will be at the forefront of shaping and supporting the digital marketing capabilities of our Export Markets. You’ll work consultatively with Export Sales teams, Export Customers, and Global Marketing to drive business growth through innovative digital strategies and initiatives.
This is a highly collaborative role, offering the opportunity to influence digital direction across multiple international markets while aligning with global marketing efforts. You should expect around 60 travel days annuallyKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate

• Partner with Export Sales and Export Customers to understand digital marketing needs and challenges
• Coordinate with Global Marketing to ensure digital asset creation and launch executions meet Export Market needs
• Drive strategic digital initiatives such as webinars, presentations, and digital asset development

Build Relationships

• Develop strong partnerships with Export Customers through on-site visits and market analysis
• Support local digital marketing efforts, addressing challenges and promoting trust in digital as a business driver.

Consult & Improve

• Lead regular strategy meetings with Export teams to identify digital marketing opportunities.
• Share digital best practices tailored to local consumer behavior.
• Optimize digital processes and workflows for better alignment with sales operations

Measure Success

• Define and monitor KPIs for digital marketing efforts
• Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to guide future digital strategies.

What You Bring

• At least 4 years’ experience within either digital marketing and/or business development
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy in diverse international markets
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and intercultural communication abilities
• A consultative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
