Digital Channel Development Group Manager,make a difference in the world and be yourself.We are looking for a #PeopleFirst leader who can fill our corporate strategy with life while also inspiring their own team.As the new leader of the function / team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Strategy building, senior level management of corporate level strategic projects;
• Holistic overview, ownership and improvement of Yettel’s digital touchpoints including web and app channels;
• Take responsibility over business critical customer journeys on web and app channels;
• Representation of Digital Capabilities team and developments on company level forums;
• Support defining and updating the yearly product strategies;
• Align present strategy, quarterly plans and results to key stakeholders and commercial management team;
• Prepare supporting materials, align capability and project needs;
• Manage and own team budget;
• Vendor management;
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders: IT, Marketing Communication, B2B/B2C Segment;
• Oversee and optimize the work of the team members, supports team and individual development processes;
• Remove obstacles during everyday operation to ensure team efficiency;
• Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback;
• Mentor junior Digital Capabilities Office members;
• Keep track of industry trends.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• University or college degree (preferably in Economics or Technical field)
• Fluency in Hungarian and English
• Min. 1 year experience in people management
• Experience working in multinational / regional projects
• Advanced expertise in front-end system development, agile way of work and project management
• Great collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills
• Drive, energy, and caring attitude towards team members
• Ownership mindset
