We are hiring a Project Manager as an add-on to our already fantastic and fun team!As a Project Manager in Columbus DC (Digital Commerce), you will play a critical role in driving the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex projects within our organization. You will lead cross-functional and global teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting high-quality standards and ensuring high rating and customer feedback. Your project manager skills and approach will be essential in achieving project objectives and aligning them with the broader goals in Columbus.Areas of focus

• Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Ensure that project stakeholders are identified and engaged effectively.

• Risk and Resource Management: Assemble and lead global and cross-functional project teams. Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members. Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.

• Communication and Reporting: Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders. Provide detailed reports and updates to senior management and executives.

• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports. Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Active engagement in adapting the Columbus OnTarget Methodology.

• Education and sparring with members and organization to ensure best possible ways-of-working and match for client expectations.

• Actively engaging with the Columbus DC PM Governance and Delivery Model(s).

• Ensuring high quality project delivery and management, for involved projects.

• Columbus Academy Project Management Education.

• Deliver projects on time and within budget consistently.

• Take on additional responsibilities within larger projects together with Senior Project Management.

• Implement feedback from project retrospectives to improve future projects.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in project management.

• Contribute to the development of your organization’s project management framework.

• Managing and driving 3-5 customer relationships together with Account Responsible

Your Profile

• Has +2 years experience or are engaged in a relevant company with E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, IT, Communication, etc.

• Has an interest for digital marketing and customer activation.

• Data-driven, with an eagle eye for the details.

• Stellar communicator, able to distill complex concepts into simple communication.

• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
