- Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the Corporate Communications’ department strategy
- Monitor and report on social media metrics and community management
- Produce creative assets (presentations, visuals, videos, infographics, etc.)
- Manage and maintain the company’s intranet
- Ensure corporate branding compliance in all relevant materials
- Collaborate on further activities within the Corporate Communication team, including but not limited to events organization and sending out of communications
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- University Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Design, Branding)
- At least 2 years of proven experience in managing social media channels and creating impactful brand assets, including visuals, logos, presentations, infographics and videos
- Deep understanding of digital and social media realms; passionate about generating and sharing content and new technologies
- Experience with web design and content management systems (CMS), such as Umbraco and/or WordPress; skills in CSS & HTML are considered a strong asset.
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc.) or other media editing software
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint and other Office365 applications is considered as an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; any additional languages will be considered an asset.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
- Permanent full-time position based in Luxembourg.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
- The internal title of the position will be “Officer Corporate Communications”.
