You may also Apply by using LinkedIn and populate details to your application from your LinkedIn profile.We at Tietoevry Tech Services are looking for a Digital Development Lead to be responsible for leading the digital development track under the Customer Experience unit.ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Development Lead, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth in this area. You will lead a team of professionals, work closely with senior management, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborate with various departments, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality digital products. Additionally, you will be responsible for Business Development for this track.Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Digital Development space, handling complex programs, customer RFPs, providing customer consultation etc.
- Has led strategic planning, development, and execution of digital projects
- Can identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and market expansion.
- Proven track record of building relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Digital Transformation for Nordic customers including complex integration between various platforms
- Experience of Solution and Technical Architecture will be a plus
- Experience nurturing and working with high-performing teams
- Has an innovator’s mindset to identify and execute novel ideas including utilization of AI and Gen-AI based tools in the Digital Development area
