Whether buying underperforming brands or building from scratch, we know how to move brands from story to structure, and from potential to profitability.Our team consists of highly accomplished executives across Fashion, E-commerce, Finance, Business, and Tech, united by a mission to launch the next wave of global brands out of Copenhagen.TasksWe’re looking for a sharp, hands-on growth leader to take ownership of DTC performance across our brand portfolio.
This is a rare opportunity to:

• Lead the growth engine of brands from 0–30M+ DKK revenue
• Codify and implement a studio-wide growth playbook
• Drive results with full access to internal and external talent
• Be part of a seasoned, high-output team building durable digital brands from Copenhagen

• Scale VINNY’s DTC revenue by at least 70% YoY, profitably
• Create Twelve50Five’s standardized growth playbook for brands at the 0–30M DKK stage
• Co-identify and validate at least one new DTC investment, applying your playbook to hit early traction
• Lead full-funnel growth execution for at least one new brand launch
• Define studio-wide DTC KPIs, build reporting dashboards, and implement weekly performance reviews
• Own the entire DTC growth stack: paid media, CRM, CRO, retention, analytics, and automation
• Leverage Shopify expertise, new tech, and AI to drive efficiency and performance

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For

• At least 5 yrs experience in ecommerce with proven ability to scale DTC revenue from 0 to 30M+ DKK
• Deep Shopify experience, from storefront ops to analytics
• Expert in performance marketing, CRO, and e-com growth strategy
• Builder of repeatable growth playbooks across brands
• Comfortable leading teams, agencies, and freelancers to hit targets
• Highly analytical, structured, and results-oriented
• Owner mindset: you thrive with autonomy and accountability
• Based in Copenhagen – this role is fully on-site
