Create transparency and drive integration and alignment between major manufacturing digitalization programs like MES, MIT and S4E
Identify gaps and overlaps between scope and timeline of major initiatives and develop solutions to overcome those
Identify harmonization and simplification opportunities across different product lines and locations
Focus on an End-2-End business process perspective while being able to balance the needs of different product lines and organizations
Foster collaboration and drive decisions on difficult and controversial topics towards the biggest benefit for Siemens Energy

Communicating and sharing the Manufacturing Digitalization target landscape and its implications for the business

Bachelor’s or M.Sc. degree required
5+ years of manufacturing, engineering, business or equivalent experience. Knowledge of manufacturing processes is preferable.
Experience as a project manager in targeted selection and standardized implementation of tools across global locations
Experience in large scale ERP implementations (preferred: S4/HANA) is a plus
You are able to proactively lead and collaborate effectively to derive common targets
You can easily analyze data and present it to others as well has a demonstrated ability to communicate to senior management and peers alike
You have successfully applied your good moderation skills and methodological knowledge in the area of Manufacturing
Good communication skills in English. Ability to travel as required
