Meath/ HybridOur client, a leading Irish Furniture Manufacturer, is seeking a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join their expanding Sales & Marketing team.We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in implementing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for marketing, creativity, and a drive to grow in a fast-paced environment.Your role will consist of 4 key aspects;(1) Branding
- Develop strategies for brand growth and positioning.
- Analyse competitor brands, consumer trends, and shopping behaviours.
- Oversee content creation for press releases, artwork, and digital media.
- Track brand performance using KPIs.
- Organise product launches and promotional events.
- Support retail packaging design and in-store marketing displays.
- Manage marketing campaigns with advertising agencies.
- Build and maintain brand partnerships and affiliations.
- Collaborate with vendors to enhance product design and implementation.
(2) Social & Digital
- Create and implement content aligned with brand goals.
- Manage social media platforms, blogs, and storyboards.
- Monitor analytics to track engagement and trends.
- Develop original, engaging marketing content.
- Design email campaigns to engage leads and drive conversions.
- Improve lifecycle marketing strategies and the customer journey.
- Report on KPIs to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
(3) Content Strategy & Creation
- Lead content strategy for digital channels, aligning with brand goals.
- Collaborate with creators to deliver high-quality, engaging content.
(4) Website Operations & CRO
- Optimise website structure and content for SEO.
- Update websites via CMS, including new landing pages.
- Use data to improve customer journeys and site updates.
- Continuously optimise conversion rates and user experience.
Your experience & skills:
- 3-5 years proven Digital Marketing experience, with emphasis on brand marketing & digital campaign experience
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Curious by nature and driven to find insights within data
- Resourceful & able to navigate in an ever-changing landscape of digital data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding social skills liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Educated to degree in a Marketing related discipline
