Something Extraordinary Every Day™We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, and have hands-on experience in website content management and email marketing.About the role

• Update, maintain and optimise website content using CMS. Ensuring content is relevant, up to date and drives user engagement.
• Plan and schedule content updates in with content calendar and campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure website updates align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns and weekly newsletters.
• Segment email lists and personalize campaigns to improve engagement rates.
• Monitor and analyse performance data and KPIs of website and email.
• Create and update on-going reporting.
• Assist in raising and managing media POs.
• Prepare presentations and reports for team meetings.

Role requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
• Up to date certificate in Google Analytics.
• Certificate in Salesforce Email Marketing platform is advantageous.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems platforms for uploading and managing content.
• Familiarity and experience working with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Mailchimp.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Creativity and a passion for digital marketing trends.
