Job description

Morgan McKinley have partnered with an exciting marketing agency, who are passionate about helping businesses grow. We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join the team where you’ll be reporting directly to the Head of Creative Services. This position is also fully remote, with a requirement to attend meetings in the head office only once a quarter.Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging monthly social media calendars aligned with client goals and trends.
  • Create visually compelling social media content with SEO-friendly copy in collaboration with designers.
  • Manage paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta to drive engagement and maximise ROI.
  • Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Research, write, and publish SEO-optimised blog content on WordPress.
  • Plan and execute high-converting email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise website and blog content for improved search rankings.
  • Track KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of practical experience in digital marketing with a demonstrated record of success.
  • Skilled in using top digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SemRush.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to present insights and reports to clients.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Desirable:

  • You have design or video production experience and are comfortable using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • You have hands-on experience managing Google PPC Ads and optimising paid search campaigns.
