Their core company specializes in real estate promotion, curating unique projects where architecture, history, and sensory experiences define the final product.Descriçăo da ofertaTo support their digital presence and brand storytelling, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Junior to join their team.DescriptionReporting to the Marketing & Communication Lead, this role will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing content for brand websites (WordPress) and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
• Planning and executing a content calendar, ensuring a refined and cohesive brand voice.
• Crafting high-quality copy in both Portuguese and English, tailored to each brand’s identity.
• Overseeing email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp), including customer journeys and engagement roadmaps.
• Supporting the team with operational marketing tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of digital initiatives.
• Engaging with clients in the hospitality and engineering sectors, maintaining a professional and responsive approach.
• Handling basic design tasks (Adobe InDesign), such as reformatting and making quick adjustments to marketing materials.

Profile

• A digital-first mindset, with experience managing websites and social media.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work across multiple brands and projects.
• A refined aesthetic sense, ensuring all communications reflect the group’s high standards.
• Exceptional writing skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in Mailchimp for email marketing and customer engagement.
• Google Ads knowledge (a plus).
• Experience with Adobe InDesign for minor design adjustments (a plus).
• A proactive and agile approach, capable of working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
