- Define, plan, and execute both seasonal campaigns and long-term growth strategies
- Analyse KPIs across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, content, and personalization
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment across all digital channels
- Manage a team of 2-3 digital marketing professionals, set goals, and oversee execution
- Implement A/B testing, monitor campaign performance, and improve processes
- Work with agencies to optimize ROAS, CPC, and digital ad spend
- Partner with teams across eCommerce, Merchandising, Design, Marketing, and Finance to drive business success
- Stay ahead of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing & eCommerce
- Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, analytics, and content strategy
- Data-driven mindset – Comfortable analyzing large datasets and making data-backed decisions
- Google Analytics / GA4 certification (or experience in similar analytics platforms)
- Retail industry experience ideal – sports or fashion retail preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking to drive online revenue growth
- Passion for digital marketing, eCommerce, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
