You’ll work on a variety of assignments – from managing SEO and ad campaigns to client strategy and performance tracking – with autonomy, support, and a clear path to grow.About what. AGWe are a digital consultancy based in Zurich with a global team of 50+ specialists.Our clients range from innovative startups to large global brands.We build modern websites, digital products, and help our clients grow with smart, creative strategies.Our team values continuous learning, autonomy, and a positive, collaborative culture.Your Role:Implement growth marketing strategies across SEO, paid ads, email marketing, social and more.Manage client accounts and serve as their main point of contact.Coordinate a team of channel experts to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.Analyse data to optimise campaign performance and client ROI.Help maintain high customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.Follow internal processes like budget control and billing.Support with client renewals and new business where needed.Key & Essentials Skills:German native speaker (Swiss German understanding), fluent in English.2–3 years of agency experience.Proven experience in at least 2-3 core marketing channels (e.g., SEO, Google Ads, social ads).Solid project management and communication skills.Digitally savvy and data-driven mindset.Experience with tools like Google Analytics, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a drive to grow professionally.Pay:5’500-8’500 CHF a month for full time work (42.5 hours / week)We are looking for a full time employeePerks:Based in our beautiful office in Seefeld, Zurich (minimum 3 days/week in-office).You take control of your availability – need to take care of something in the morning and want to catch up later?
