Job descriptionWe’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive Shoreline’s digital marketing engine. This role is ideal for a high-performing digital marketer seeking full ownership over digital strategy, execution, and performance.As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering measurable impact across product marketing, campaign management, website optimization, and paid digital. You’ll collaborate across product and sales teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling digital narratives that engage decision makers within different customer segments (OEMs, Service Providers, Developers, Operators) across both onshore and offshore wind industries.What you will doProduct Marketing & Launches

• Own the go-to-market strategy for new product features and platform updates
• Develop and execute digital product launch plans (landing pages, emails, LinkedIn campaigns, paid promotion, etc.)
• Collaborate with product, creative and sales to position offerings clearly for different customer segments (OEMs, Service Providers, Developers, Operators)

Campaign Management

• Plan, create, and execute integrated campaigns across email and LinkedIn to drive qualified leads and nurture prospects
• Own and optimize the marketing automation flow (email journeys, lead scoring, retargeting)
• Report campaign performance with insights and recommendations for optimization

Website Management (WordPress)

• Own the day-to-day management and continual optimization of the Shoreline website (WordPress)
• Partner with UX and engineering peers to improve UX, SEO, and conversion rates
• Manage analytics tracking and A/B testing to inform improvements

Paid Search & Digital Advertising

• Plan and manage performance-based campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn
• Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and manage bidding strategies
• Track ROI and conversion metrics, continually optimizing for cost-efficiency and lead quality

Ownership & Strategy

• Set KPIs and digital marketing goals aligned with business objectives
• Create and own the digital marketing calendar
• Analyze data to inform strategy and make agile, evidence-based decisions
• Be both strategic and hands-on – from writing subject lines to reviewing ad performance dashboards

Who you are

• 2-3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing in SaaS, ideally in the energy/industrial sector (although not essential for application)
• Proven track record running digital campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Experience in WordPress and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot)
• Comfortable working independently, owning strategy and execution end-to-end
• Strong copywriting, data analysis, and project management skills
• Passion for clean energy, digital technology, or industrial innovation is a plus
