The purpose of the role Digital Processes Coordinator is to provide the proper business analysis to support decision making and to ensure that the sourcing & sustainability- data, tools and processes are used in the correct way to support supplier consolidation, science-based target initiative, CRSD and sales growth by actively supporting people. The systems and processes should guide Bufab acting professionally, efficiently with predictability, providing a sustainable framework for World´s Best Supplier Base.Responsibilities

• Be the owner of Sourcing & Sustainability systems and develop those systems together with our partners.
• Understand API, data pipelines from external systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning and preprocessing the data.
• Actively communicates with the regions regarding master data, tools and processes to stakeholders.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Use AI & statistical methods to conduct hypothesis testing and predictive modeling.
• Develop and apply data mining techniques to extract valuable business insights.
• Design basic requirements for BI reports and dashboards for tools like Qlik Sense & Power BI.
• Translate complex data findings into understandable and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Ensure reports and dashboards are user-friendly and accessible to non-technical users.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between the data engineering team and business units to ensure data solutions meet business requirements.
• Supports senior management with reports and analysis
• Weekly update of material price indexes

Who you are

• Several years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Educational background: degree in a Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Have interest and experience in data engineering, ML & AI.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, experience with BI tools (Qlik sense, Power BI, etc.), Testing and knowledge of programming languages (Python, R, GitHub).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Curiosity: A strong desire to understand the ‘why’ behind data trends and patterns.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Fluent in English, oral and written.
• Capable of travelling 20 days per year

The location is based in Sweden in one of our offices. Preferably Värnamo but our other office in Göteborg can also be considered for the right candidate.Inquiries
