Our Digital department is a key enabler of this ambition — and we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Project Manager to join our Digital Product Line, Marine and E&I team, delivering impactful digital solutions to our Commercial organisation across the Marine and Energy & Infrastructure segments.What you’ll do?As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of digital delivery — managing high-impact projects from ideation to benefit realisation. Collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Care stakeholders, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Integration and Infrastructure teams, legal, procurement as well as external partners, you’ll ensure that we deliver business-critical solutions aligned with our Digital strategy and Enterprise Architecture standards.You’ll be responsible for:Leading complex Digital projects, ensuring delivery on scope, time and budgetDriving collaboration across global business units, functions and vendors ensuring alignment and shared interestsActing as Project Manager/Scrum Master, using Hempel’s project governance framework (based on PRINCE2) and Scrum methodologySupporting the prioritisation of tasks and managing project resources across a matrixed organisationFacilitating Steering Committee meetings and reporting on project performanceManaging supplier relationships, including budget tracking and contract negotiations with legal and procurementEnsuring integration across projects, proactively adjusting scope and plans to meet business needsBuilding and nurturing high-performing Scrum teamsActing as a trusted point of contact for project communication, milestones and briefingsEnsuring that project-related communication and change management initiatives are appropriately planned and effectively deployed within the organization.What you bring?A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field3-5 years of experience managing digital/IT projects in an international settingSolid experience with project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Scrum)Strong understanding of IT architecture, digital platforms and integration patternsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and workstreams simultaneouslyProficiency in project management toolsA structured, proactive mindset and the ability to drive clarity in complex settingsFluent English, written and spokenWhat success looks like?High stakeholder satisfaction (Voice of Customer)Projects delivered on time, within scope and aligned with digital standardsEngaged and motivated Scrum teamsReady to make an impact?Click ‘Apply for position’ to submit your CV and application in English by 28th May, 2025.
