Digital Account/Project Manager (6-month FTC)1 day per week in Milton Keynes. 2 days in London (flex on this), rest from home.£40-42k salaryOverview of the Role
A key client of ours are looking for a Digital Account or Project Manager to support the Digital Managers (Product Owners) within the digital team. This role will alleviate pressure from Business As Usual (BAU) activities, allowing Digital Managers to focus on strategic topics and user journeys. The primary purpose of this role is to support the digital team in maintaining and optimising content across all digital touchpoints. This includes ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of updates to websites and digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Digital Managers by managing BAU activities, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Take ownership of BAU tasks to provide Digital Managers with more bandwidth for strategic projects.
  • Ensure that content updates across digital touchpoints are accurate and optimised, following UX and user journey best practices.
  • Work closely with the digital agency team to manage content updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Experience Required:
Essential:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a Digital/Project Management role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, commercial setting.
  • Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with digital tools such as CMS and project management software like JIRA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.

  • Creative: Understanding of good design, UX, and customer journeys.

Core Deliverables:

  • Deliver engaging digital experiences across all digital platforms.
  • Ensure new models, offers, and campaigns are presented accurately within business timelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date content across key areas
  • Manage administrative tasks to support the digital ecosystem, including process documentation and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Oversee the management of external digital agency partners to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
  • Identify and act upon opportunities for continuous improvement in digital content and user experience.

What the Role Involves:

  • Regularly managing content updates across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborating with digital agency partners to deliver content updates.
  • Working with internal teams and stakeholders to introduce new content types.
  • Collecting and using data to drive updates and improvements across digital touchpoints.

Working Location:

  • 1 day per week from the office in Milton Keynes (likely Tuesday).
  • 2 days per week from the office in Central London, with 2 days per week working from home (flexibility available).
