To date, we have automated over 150 processes across multiple business units, having recently reached an impressive milestone of 800,000 hours returned to the business.If you’re excited about driving intelligent automation projects to enhance network efficiency, financial processes, flight operations, and customer experience, this role is for you!About the team:SAS is dedicated to a true digital journey, leveraging data and technology to optimize and improve processes.We are a central automation team that collaborates closely with stakeholders across various business units, identifying business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through automation.We work with diverse automation projects, collaborate and contribute to the automation practice to ensure that we have a solid foundation for SAS to scale and realize the full potential of automation.When we are not busy with supporting our business stakeholders, we are working with various activities to educate and inspire the business in automation transformation.To secure our future success we are now strengthening our team with a Digital Service Owner.Digital Service Owner within AutomationIn this role, you’ll be engaging in diverse automation projects, managing resources, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, and driving continuous improvement to optimize workflows and meet business objectives.With most of our development performed offshore you will be responsible for enhancing our methods and practices to ensure the delivery of robust RPA solutions while adhering to regulatory requirements and IT security policies.As a key member in the team, you will collaborate closely with the RPA Lead and Head of AI to jointly drive our automation strategy.Alongside your core responsibilities, you’ll have the opportunity to explore various SAS domains, uncovering new automation opportunities.We believe you share our passion for innovation and efficiency. You are driven by the potential of automation to transform business processes, and you bring a commitment to quality and security. Your enthusiasm for exploring new ideas, uncovering valuable automation opportunities, and orchestrating the delivery and operations of solutions will play a crucial role in achieving our goals.To be successful, we believe you should have:
- Master’s Degree in (Computer Science, Information systems) or related field
- At least 3 years of experience within automation technology (we use UIPath)
- Experienced in RPA lifecycle management (solution design, development, testing, deployment, change management)
- Experience from driving projects within an enterprise environment preferably with an automation and change management component
- Experience from process development
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies is a plus
