We not only design and install the systems but also make sure they run smoothly for many years, which requires continues training for our on-site employees, who are based all over the world.As our new Digital Training Developer, you will be responsible for editing instructional videos, creating interactive e-learning modules, and maintaining content in our learning platform, BEUMER Learn. You will collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that our global workforce has access to well-structured and engaging training materials.Create the best training content for your new colleaguesAs an Digital Training Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality digital training materials for our global teams. Your main responsibilities will include:

• E-Learning Content Creation – Designing interactive e-learning modules, quizzes, and digital learning experiences that support effective knowledge transfer
• Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts – Working closely with trainers and technical experts to transform complex topics into clear and engaging digital learning experiences
• Quality Control & Standards Compliance – Ensuring all e-learning materials meet company guidelines, branding, and instructional design best practices.
• Video Editing & Production – Editing instructional videos, adding voiceovers, subtitles, animations, and other enhancements to create engaging training content.
• Content Upload & Maintenance – Uploading, organizing, and updating e-learning materials in BEUMER Learn, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
• Instruction Clipping & Content Structuring – Organizing and structuring training videos by clipping, categorizing, and refining content to ensure clarity and efficiency.

Structure, creativity and a service-oriented mindset
A specific educational background is not crucial to us, but we do imagine you to have experience with video editing software and e-learning authoring tools.We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong skills in video editing and multimedia production.
• Understands instructional design principles and how to create engaging, learner-friendly digital content.
• Is detail-oriented and structured, ensuring training materials are clear, consistent, and well-organized.
• Has a creative mindset, finding innovative ways to present complex topics in a visually engaging and interactive manner.
• Can work independently and manage multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborates effectively with trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to align content with learning objectives.

In addition, you have a service-minded approach, focusing on delivering high-quality learning experiences for global teams.
