As they continue to grow and increase their market share, they are looking to strengthen the team with the next generation of leaders.Your RoleAs the business continues to expand across the Capital Region, they are now looking to appoint a Director for the Real Estate area of the company to help spearhead its progression.As an experienced Attorney with a background in real estate, you will have knowledge of commercial real estate as well as tenancy and lease law.Unlike a more traditional or conservative law firm, our client prefers to first understand your experience and motivations before building a role and tailored career plan collaboratively with you. That way encouraging ownership and accountabilityYouYou will have a strong and relevant experience in real estate law coupled with a good academic background. Ideally, you would aspire to be the best legal advisor in your area of specialisation. Additionally, you have a structured and detail-oriented work approach in order to become an efficient advisor for your clients.Importantly, you will share many of the same values:
